Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note we do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made artworks or pieces.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, sealed, unused, taped, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
If you need to return an item, please email us at islamicartau@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures or videos if possible. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Please pack your return securely to prevent any damage during transit, as any new damage may result in additional fees. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The refund process may take up to 3 weeks from the date you ship the item back. This timeframe covers return shipping, internal processing, and bank refund processing times.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Where possible, we will repair the item or send a replacement at no extra cost to you. If we cannot repair or replace the item, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
