Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not refund or exchange custom-made paintings or calligraphy pieces.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: sealed, unused, taped, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

If you need to return an item, simply email us at islamicartau@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return, along with pictures or videos if possible. You will then receive instructions and a return address to ship your item back. Please wrap your return in protective packaging for shipment; otherwise, any scratches or damage incurred during transit may result in additional fees being deducted. All returned items will be inspected to determine if you qualify for a refund.

Please note that shipping the item back will be at your own cost.

The refund process can take up to 3 weeks from the date you ship the item back. This timeframe includes return shipping time, internal confirmation and processing time, as well as the time it takes for different banks to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Although we package our orders securely, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If you suspect your item is damaged, please contact us right away, and we will arrange a replacement.
